Integrated support.  Magnolia™ is our specialized approach for individuals with memory issues.  With intensive staff training and a dedicated, secured living area, residents are treated with dignity and given the support needed to maximize independence.

Collaborative approach.  Personal care assistants and nurses, in partnership with physicians and nurse practitioners, maintain an open and consistent care delivery model.  Feel secure in knowing our clinicians will keep lines of family communication open and deliver premium care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
