Clinical expertise.  With the support of our Medical Director and established relationships with multiple physicians within the community, specialized care needs are addressed and effective family communication is maintained.  Our on-site nurse practitioner, in-house therapy department, and specially trained nursing personnel complete an extraordinary clinical team managing each resident case with personal attention and expertise.

Exceptional services.  Understanding the individual, specific needs of residents and families is the most important feature Eliza Jennings offers.  Magnolia™ is our specialized approach for individuals with memory issues.  With intensive staff training and a dedicated, secured living area, residents enjoy celebrating life.

Respite care provides a comfortable and secure home-away-from home, giving families a temporary break.  Hospice services also provide families support and guidance during challenging times.

Excellent rehabilitation.  With the expertise of our full-time, licensed staff and caregivers, recover and physical strengthening goes beyond traditional services.  Using the most advanced rehabilitative methods and providing a full range of therapies promotes continued independence and a fulfilling lifestyle.  With out dedicated case managers to oversee care and coordinate discharge, an assessment is completed in order to provide the best resources needed for safety at home.

Personal wellness.  Eliza Jennings offers special one-on-one wellness programs, working with a full-time Wellness Director.  This maximizes individual abilities by maintaining and improving strength, endurance and independence.
