Independent Living  Independent Living communities are designed for seniors who prefer to live among their peers in a secure environment with certain amenities and services available. Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Independent Living at The Renaissance in Olmsted Township.

Geriatric Assessment program A Geriatric Assessment program is an initial assessment of an individual's medical condition, functional and cognitive capacity, primary caregiver needs, and environmental psychosocial needs. Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Geriatric Assessment through Signal in Olmsted Township.

Home Health care Home Health care provides intermittent and part-time services in your home that can include skilled nursing care, assessments, family education, visits by social workers and home health aids, and physical, occupational and speech therapy. Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Home Health care through Eliza Jennings at Home throughout Northeast Ohio.

Wellness Clinics  Wellness Clinics are dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health.  Board-certified practitioners and experienced clinicians are available to diagnose, treat and write prescriptions for a variety of common illnesses, as well as provide wellness and preventative services such as blood pressure monitoring and patient education. Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Wellness Clinics on the campuses of The Renaissance in Olmsted Township and the Barton Center in Lakewood.

Rehabilitation Rehabilitative care is the process of restoration, or improvement, of skills by a person who has had an illness or injury so as to regain maximum self-sufficiency and function at the highest possible level.  It combines and coordinates the use of medical, social, educational and vocational measures.  Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Rehabilitation at all of its residential communities (Devon Oaks in Westlake, Eliza Jennings in Cleveland and The Renaissance in Olmsted Township).

Respite care Respite care is a comfortable and secure home away from home for your parent or family member when you're out of town or temporarily unavailable to provide care.  Respite care provides a much needed temporary break from the daily routine and stress faced by caregivers. Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Respite care at all of our residential communities (Devon Oaks in Westlake, Eliza Jennings in Cleveland and The Renaissance in Olmsted Township) for stays from one night up to several weeks, and at our adult day center during the day (Acacia Place in Cleveland).

Adult Day care Adult Day centers are designed to meet the needs of functionally and/or cognitively impaired adults.  They provide a safe and structured setting with increased social opportunities, assistance with personal care and a variety of activities. Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Adult Day care at Acacia Place in Cleveland.

Memory Support care MagnoliaSM is our support program for residents and participants with memory impairment.  Every staff member of our organization is immersed in the Magnolia training.  If your parent has memory challenges, our specially trained team will work with you to design a care program that will maximize your parent's independence. Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Memory Support care at all of its communities (Acacia Place in Cleveland, Devon Oaks in Westlake, Eliza Jennings in Cleveland and The Renaissance in Olmsted Township).

Assisted Living Assisted Living communities are for older adults who are not able to manage living on their own, but do not yet require the extensive medical care provided in nursing care.  Staff is available to provide 24-hour assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, grooming, eating, mobility and hygiene. Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Assisted Living at Carol B. Hall Center in Olmsted Township and Devon Oaks in Westlake.

Nursing care Nursing care communities offer health care to those who require consistent and ongoing medical care with physician oversight, yet do not require hospitalization. Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers both Medicare and Medicaid certified Nursing care at Eliza Jennings in Cleveland and The Renaissance Health Center in Olmsted Township.

Hospice care Hospice care refers to an approach to end-of-life care.  Hospice programs provide palliative care (a type of care intended to relieve pain and suffering, but not to cure), and attend to the emotional, spiritual, social and financial needs of residents as well as counseling or assistance for their families.  Eliza Jennings Senior Care Network offers Hospice care at Devon Oaks in Westlake, Eliza Jennings in Cleveland and The Renaissance Health Center in Olmsted Township.
